Has anyone used this company for native grass and forb seeds? Are there any other local or regional suppliers that are used by the conservation dept maybe?

Here you go......take your pick. I have no experience with Pure Air so I cannot be of any help there. I've had excellent service from both Heartland and Hamilton though.

I'm not sure what type of seed you are looking for but I've been told Pheasants Forever is very reasonable on their pricing if they have what you're looking for as native seed is pretty pricey.
I used Used PureAir when I did a cost-share through my PLC. Everything was good. Changed hands right after I dealt with them, so don't know current company.

Same here, but what I found over the years is if needing yellow tag seed for government they all have same price per acre.
I used Pure Air for my CRP seed last year. They were easy to work with and communicated well with me and the USDA office.
If you are doing costshare, I would stay away from local coops as they are just a middle man for the seed and sometimes it won't meet requirements. Several on the list that was posted doesn't sell seed anymore. If you are looking for natives, I would look at MO's native seed grower website. Several options to buy seed, I have worked with 90% of them.
I went with pure air. They were quick and I did not need a lot. Only complaint is the $20 shipping for $40 of seed.

But it’s on the ground and just wait to see if it grows.
