cuz it'll likely jinx me but I've started seeing some really nice bucks. Ever since a couple days after gun season I've been seeing alot of deer in some standing beans. They were all coming out after dark and I really couldn't tell what they were. But in the last 3 nights I've seen 3 pretty nice bucks hitting it before dark. : The first one was practically in my yard and although I couldn't count points he was pushing 18" wide and nice height. Tonite there were 2 out when I got home from work. The first was a 10 that ought to be in the 140's and the other was an 8 that isn't much smaller, he just lacks a little of the width. Either of these could be the buck I saw the first night. :shrug: Doesn't matter, I'll take either if the oppurtunity presents its self. Hope they stay on this pattern till ML season.

Sounds like a situation extremely similar to what I've been experiencing...several big shooters over standing bean during the afternoon...just can't get em into bow range.
