So if I were to use loose powder in lieu of pellets, where do I find a measure?

Im sorry i'm an idiot when it comes to inlines. I'm used to just cutting off the end of my brass tip and dumping it down the barrel.:D

Can't remember where I got it. Works great!![/rquote] i do like that 1 MM but wondered how the plastic would hold up in cold temps, i mean if i sit on my possibles bag is my measure going to break, im goofy like that:hysterical: thats why mines all brass, i stand a chance of bending it back straight:hysterical:

That's what I use too. I like that its clear, so I know for sure. I do have a brass one for a backup.

[rquote=1517287&tid=105785&author=Refuze2falo]Not to hyjack but what are the speed loaders everyone talks about?
And how do they operate?[/rquote] speedloads are a plastic tube with a removable cap on each end, put slug/sabot or roundball/patch in, and push em through to the other end and then dump in your measured load, cap both ends, when you shoot, you grab a patch and swab, open the quickload, powder first and run the slug down the barrel, quickloads ahve been around for as long as i can remember, very effective tool for hunting situations, or timed shooting events if allowed

I use the T/C U-View and have a antique brass one that I got from Ourway7 when I bought my MK-85 Knight from him. Here is a picture of the two.

And the second photo is of a speed loader. Bullet/Sabot go in one end first and then pour in powder in the tube and close lid. 209 primer is in a slot on the top of the cap.

When buying a speed laoder bear in mind some are made for pistol shoters and dont go hier then 60 by volume. The rifle ones should go beyond 100 grain by volume. The newer made ones should go well beyond 150 grains by volume.
