Yes they are. They are the same exact powder but the SC powder is just cut shorter (SC) so it meters better.
Powder Dilema
Friend asked me to build some ammo for his upcoming elk hunt. Brought me data, dies, brass, H4831SC powder.
Loading notes are for H4831, not SC.
Are the powders interchangeable?
