When is it too late to plant some RR Beans? I would like to put in my first plots with beans then overseed with something different in the fall. Thanks

I'd say you want to try to get them in before the end of June. Might still do OK in early July.

A lot of double crop beans don't go in till late June. Might cut the yield a bit but they will still make a decent amount planted then.

get your ground ready watch the weather when a storm front is coming four days out...get the beans in the ground...this will give the beans ample time to sprout before they get beat into the ground by terential rain...if the beans get hammered in too deap they dont stand a chance. the crop insurance covers beans that get planted up until the 20th of june after that thyre a liablity on bushel shortages...try to get them in by then youll be ok
