It is a bit of a process and I don't know if you can have it ready by your birthday or not. I suggest calling our Jefferson city office at 573-522-4115 and asking to speak with protection. They can answer your questions.
Over 60 lifetime permit
Being the tight--- type I was waiting on purchasing what I believe to be a bargain, the 60 over lifetime hunting fishing permit. After reading further it seems like there is an application or something to fill out and it takes 10 days, maybe I am reading this all wrong. My birthday is Sept 6 and I was going to buy it then, but teal season opens the next day so I am at a quandry. Is it possible to purchase like a regular license or is there some lengthy process to getting one? If I can't just buy one then the bargain part starts going out the window.
