Pretty loaded question. Trip of a lifetime would be Canada or Mexico for me. I'd say Oklahoma with Albecks adventures or Kansas with whoever @fullfan went with for a weekend hunt.
How far up in Saskatchewan did you go? I have a friend up there right now and sounds like they are doing great. But had to take 2 planes to get where he was going.Saskatchewan has always been phenomenal for me!
I've had some good trips to Manitoba also but not nearly as consistent as Sask.
I've done North Dakota as well a couple times but I'll take the extra drive any day for the difference in quality.

Stan Jones Mallard Lodge in Arkansas.Anyone know a good outfitter for a flooded timber hunt? Arkansas, Mississippi?
Early has some advantages. But remember, bird plumage is not one of them. If you are looking for a nice looking bird to mount, or for nice looking pictures of ducks, later is better. .02Early in Canada. Worth the drive for bigger limits, too.
In Sask did you hunt dry fields or water?Saskatchewan has always been phenomenal for me!
