Anyone fish the Osage, launching out of Osceola?
I know Horseshoe Bend is a favorite area of the snaggers, but I'm wondering what it's like for cats...

If you launch right there on 13HWY go upstream just to the right looks real good all the way to the Sac River and if you feel real Adventuress go all the way to Rosco.

I have Snagged that area many times and it just looks real Catty.

I was thinking of putting in either right on 13 or maybe off C Highway since those two ramps are on either side of Horseshoe Bend. Going towards the Sac was another thought too. I've bank fished various spots but never done it from it a boat. Rod and reel or jugs either one ought to make for a fun trip...

I look at the standing timber after going under 13HWY there is a flats there going into the channel. Every time I go by there I think there is no reason there is not Catfish in there.

If I was in a Boat after Catfish that is where I would start.

Might go on up the Sac and float Jugs down it, that should be fun.

No clue about right now, lots of mulberries up that way, only bowfish it when it's high. Not far from the MO should be plenty of blues.
