I'd just settle for her going outside to do her business.

I have one Dog that is well trained but the Big Grin is a pain. I have trained Dogs before.
The Big Grin is old should I just work with her little during the day or spend long period during the day.

She is good on that. And she is happy if she gets out just run couple minutes then back in.

If you spend a few minutes at a time just giving her something to do like chase a tennis ball or something you will be making some progress. i don't know what else you can expect at her age. Sounds like she has you pretty well trained as it is!
