NWMO 80 acres for sale-Great hunting and great income-$250K
I have 80 acres North of Albany Mo for sale. This property has great income with 45 very productive acres of crop ground and 12 acres of CRP. The rest of the property is heavy brush, timber, and a 2-3 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill and catfish. It also holds waterfowl up until freeze up. The property is in a natural deer travel corridor from the Grand River that is about 1/2 mile away. It also has some of the heaviest bedding cover around. The property has only been bow hunted for the last 7 years and produced a buck that netted 168 two years ago. We routinely get pics of 150-170 inch deer.
