    It's a buffalo planter you can find some videos on YouTube how they work. They work 100% better than any small John Deere or A/C I have had they are all to light this thing is heavy.

    Plates I'm assuming. I have not looked at it. I'm guessing it's the old A/c style plates that what mine takes. I use the John Deere to A/c adapters and run Deere plates. You can plant almost anything.

    Lincoln ag products has any plate and adapter you would ever need and blank plates to make your own if you don't like their sizes.

    how is this different from a drill, does this require minimal ground prep vs no ground prep?

    Drills have closer spacing and they are a controlled spill planters but one seed per revolution or however you set it up.

    Me either but it says 3 point if it's the factory one it just bolts on. You can see it has been cut recently so maybe that pictur was before it was done.

    I use my 4 row behind my 35 hp I know kickers had a 3 row on an 8n but had trouble keeping the front wheels on the ground.
