I haven't used the disc since I bought a tiller. I agree with nontypical that it is easy to overwork it with the tiller so I pay close attention to soil moisture. Dry soil sucks for tilling.
I also agree that I do a lot more spray, throw, and mow than I used to. I would definitely want a mower and a sprayer before tillage equipment.
