well here she is......we went to BP and they had two left, they matched Cabelas on line price, were very helpfull gettin us what we needed. we sited them in yesterday, alittle harder then i thought it would be but we are good to go for next weekend. i stopped at wally and they had there muzzle stuff on mark down, i picked up some triple seven in gold, FFG...........question...........whats the difference in silver FFFG and Gold FFG??????????? we used the silver, 100 gr, 223 powerslugs.

Great lookin gun,how do ya like the thumbhole stock.I was considering that kind,it feels good in the store but have never shot a gun that had one.

silver is 3f
gold is 2f
i use both out of my encore, the 3f is a bit hotter faster burning than the 2f
my point of impact difference was just enough at 100yds that as long as i knew what was in the gun, i can compensate, the 3f was hitting a bit higher on target for me
