New Boat Before and After

2013 Views 29 Replies 14 Participants Last post by  Muleskinner
Here are the changes I made to the boat. I'm having them redo the PRO on the motor to match the brighter green they did elsewhere. It originally matched the registration numbers that were in the same color green but I didn't like them and have since replaced.

I'm happy with how things turned out except for where they set the heat gun down on the carpet and burnt it. But it's being taken care of so all is good for now.

Even if you don't do well catching fish you'll look good trying! How about your life vest colors?

Had to go all the way so I have matching Mustang auto inflate vests for my dad and I. Gray with lime green.

I like it a lot. Coming from a 50 HP 2 stroke to a 115 4 stroke is like night and day. Ridiculously quiet. First time I started it up I thought it died once it idled down. But it wasn't still running.

I'll get a good feel for it once I'm done with the break-in period.
Looks nice! Now you’ll have to paint the truck to match lol

I have the same motor. I like it, its ridiculously quiet, is fast and responsive, seems to just sip gas.
I put some green led interior lights in mine . I really like them. If you fish at night.

I did notice the minimal gas usage. Definitely a plus. I'm going to get to run it more this weekend and am looking forward to it.

I pointed those out to the fiancé the other day and she looked at me like I was crazy. I still might do it though.
Get that sucker good and dirty, break it in real good then sell it to me 16k in 2025.

It's covered in fish slime and blood right now. She got broke in properly last week.
