im looking to buy 1, doesn't have to be a target slapping group stacking 100yd gun a decent 50yd grouping gun that is a semi-auto would be preferred

    im bouncing between
    browning
    ruger
any other suggestions would be considered, but you mus submit the pros and cons of that suggestion:D:D

Although I've never owned one, I hear that the Ruger 10/22 is the gotta have 22!!!

I have an ole model 60 marlin, and 2 of the Remmy semiauto 597's. All good, all reliable.

If ya don't HAVE to have a simi-auto, you may take a look at some the Henrys. THey have some pretty sweet lever action .22's. Can't go wrong with a Henry :2thumbsup:

10/22 gets my vote or a nice little Marlin would work too.
