Pulled my cam cards yesterday. I have a couple that are just OK but for a trophy they need another year or two.

The last two were of my neighbor taking out a few more trees for the upcoming new fence installation. Probably during the last part of October through January smack dab in the middle of deer season.....but its his fence so I have no say so when he puts it in.

Neighbor doesn't hunt. But he does let others.To be safe, i'd let him have 2 years, before your neighbor shoots him.....
You may not like it, but sounds like at the moment anyway, they were not doing anything illegal... All of us as land owners have to deal with dipchits. All part of the game.

At least now the new fence will be on a straight line north and south after the cleanup.
