Ok here right now I am hunting on a ridge in kirksvile by bedding area bean field is below me should I stay put until dark or move. I have seen 4 deer including a 2 1/2 old buck . I have never hunted past 1:00 pm up here so... ThAt's my problem. Also creek was up yesterday don't know about today I can also hunt on other side of farm. Deer bed over there also

I say if the spot was good enouf to sit in it in the mornign its good enouf to sit in it till night fall.


Out sit the other hunters, let there inpartience and subsrquent moving around move the deer they will jump up to you.


I so firmly balive in my statement i sat 14.5 hrs in the rain on Monday.

I would stay put, especially if you've already seen deer. Just do whatever you did to get your avatar buck and you'll be fine!:cheers:

Agreed with all the above. Nothing worse than moving only see deer running to where you were earlier.
