I got one of these a few weeks ago. What a piece of junk! It is suppose to tenderize the meat for you, buy running the meat through two bars that have the tenerizing spikes on them. It has a handle you turn to pull the meat through the bars. Glad I didn't pay for it, it was a gift. I tried it on 3 different pieces of pork steaks. The thick piece it barely pulled through. It just didn't do a good job at all. Guess I will stick to the tenderizing mallet. Besides, you can take your frustration out with a mallet. :wink4:
