Anyone have luck selling Hickory? I've never found it to be an option loggers want.

Yet, it consistently has a solid price? Who's buying these and where?

the Amish mostly buy it around here for "Pallet" wood. Personally to me it has more value as firewood.

Brother has a portable sawmill and just cut 10-15 logs of hickory for trailer flooring. For a local trucking company.

no we dont have enough to worry about and what we do we use it as firewood
