The Minnewegia duck hunting was good this past weekend. Friday was a grind but we made a few adjustments and got some birds killed. Pete and Logo found an X Friday afternoon with some flooded corn that was going to be our Saturday spot and it didn't disappoint. Being public land, three of our 6 shooters packed in super early to make sure nobody beat us to it. A solid 30+ minute pack in with about 20 minutes of that in waders sucked a bit, walking in flooded corn covered in dew is awesome for the record. We didn't go 30 minutes without action and Pete smashed a banded woody to top it off.
Anyway, good times with great friends is hard to beat.
