I relocated to Kansas City from Tn. and started a new job during this hunting season . It's been tough missing deer season , but I'm looking forward to finding some new ground to hunt for the 2010 season .
I never realized how tough it would be to move my family here and start all over. We are living in a small apartment in KC until we sell our home in Tn. It sucks !

I drove to the Platte Falls archery range last weekend . It's a short drive from here . I'll probably give the CA a try next season . I have been studying the maps .
I need to get out and knock on some doors to get permission to hunt some private land too .
Shoot me a pm if you want to have lunch sometime . I'd like to meet up with some of the members of the forum . You guys have been very helpful in my relocation to KCMO.

Radar, I`m not from the area, but good luck on finding private land, and I hope your family adjusts well. I have had much success finding private land asking around with people I know. You`d be surprised at the amount of people who have hit them with cars over and over, and their attitude is "sure, kill all those suckers"
