We've had this for years, even though my MIL, whom we bought it for, is long gone.
Complete system, mobile base, and even a post for a car, with the electronics for it.
It allowed my wife to move my MIL around the house, and take her to medical appts., etc.
It may help someone stay home with care for a few years before going into a facility.
Spent well over $5,000 for it, but is free to a good home that can use it.
Mark, wonder if that could be modified to mount in the back of a utv? Might be something MDS could use to get guys in layout blinds or transfer into a track chair?
Well, folks, it seems like a done deal.
MDS will have it, and I'm sure it will make life easier for hunters, volunteers and support people alike (meaning family and friends that care for our hunters every day).
Dunno why it didn't occur to me at the first!
We couldn't be more thrilled!
Preciate it Mark. We'll for sure put it to good use. Hopefully we can figure out a way to use it on the snow goose hunt this year so we don't have to carry Willie's big *** to the layout blind again.
