yes,,,, They are open statewide until then I believe.... Geese are not separated by the zones.... If I remember right.

A lot of geese have been heading south today
About 10:30 I was over by Mid-rivers Mall for about an hour and just lines and lines of geese, more snows then dark geese, then later at 1:30 I was at DePaul and saw nothing but snows heading south real high

A buddy said he watched thousands of Specks pile into the pond behind the gas station at 367 and Mississippi river on Monday afternoon. The ice at the ramp was too thick and jagged to access any blinds in that pool. Gravel ramp to A8 would be along trip breaking ice.
