Maybe I should change my stand location?

I had set up a camera aimed towards my front door of my cabin just in case someone needed my stuff more than I did. I got about 30 pics of deer walking within feet of my front door day and night. They are eating the acorns under the oak trees there. Maybe I should just sit inside my cabin and hunt there?

And here I walk up and down hills to stands in the timber when I could just sit in the cabin.

They like that fresh tender grass that you keep mowed. Maybe put some clover in the mix .

I'd do that ^^^.

Leave the rest of your woods as a sanctuary. Have a food plot in your yard and hunt off the front porch. Easy, peasy.

I was just saying give them more reason to stay close by . Not to turn the love shack into a deer stand.
Hunt where the food is. I wouldn't hunt out of the cabin . Put a pop-up blind on the porch.
I think there a couple of guys on mwt who can give you tips on hunting from inside the house, you ought to hit them up. :wave1:
