    Ship thru a FFL maybe? I know nothing about doing that.

    you can ship it through the USPS cost $25- $40, but has to ship to FFL and he will have to pay his Dealer.

    two mo. residents can transfer firearms without the use of an FFL. You can ship through ups ,no ffl required.Actually long guns can go through usps.Handguns have to go through a private carrier(ups)

    Big John is in New York and would require sending it through a FFL.

    Spoke to Dad and he said he'd do an FFL if the buyer pays for it.

    No. The CS stands for a cross-bolt safety is what I'm told.
