Wondering what the MDC sees as being the difference between a manipulated food plot( brush hogging a corn field) versus bringing in corn and spreading it by hand?

Manipulated food plots the crop was grown on that location, not removed from the field and then replaced. The standing corn while present provides both food and cover for wildife.
