If your buying something that will give you a decent idea of the depth and some structure as you are fishing--these cheap TV's will work just fine---:hysterical:

What're you saying? Tie an old TV on a rope and drag it around until it gets stuck on some 'structure' and then fish it out, using the TV double as an anchor?! :hysterical:

I think the depth finder's going to do wonders for you Longbow! What kinda lakes/ponds do you usually fish?
