I heard they are adding around 50 days to the crossbow season.

if that's the case then they would be running concurrent with Archery? The reason I was looking at KY was to see if it was a draw for archery or over OTC
No. Archery will start a couple weeks earlier . Then they will run together the rest of the year. Unless the legislature doesn't approve what the commission did.

again, I had no idea KY used good sense, it appears it was only a temporary thing:)
Don't know if it's temporary or not. We will have to see how long it lasts .

has anyone here earlier archery hunted KY? I am curious how the legal baiting would affect the movement, my guess would be if you had beans it may not affect it too much????

Modern Gun Nov. 10-25, 2018 good sense?

In Kansas where there are feeders and the beans are not yellow the deer will be in the beans.
A couple deer (does n fawns) can clean up the corn put out by the feeder then head to the corn, or in the morning when coming back from the beans and stop by the feeder. Seen it most every day last year. Feeder was across the fence on the outfitters land.

I was listening to an outdoor radio show Sunday on my way back to Lexington KY. According to the host, Kentucky is actually considering full inclusion of crossbows very soon, maybe as soon as this year.
He was citing the alleged problems Wisconsin and Michigan are reporting and also Ohio that has had full inclusion for 30 years.
