Also looking to buy some land in northeast missouri. Anywhere north of hwy 70 from St. Charles. Looking for 40+ acres at a decent price.

You could be my neighbor, a small part of the property adjoins mine. It has has about 1/4 mile creek front and a really cool camping spot with electric service next to the creek. 43 Acres for $55K ain't to bad. Link below.
