If any of you see or hear of a large smoker---please yell at me. I need another one to start up another venture down here and am looking for a used smoker that will hold at least 16 racks of ribs----

Didn't Tablerock or someone else down this way have one awhile back????? Don't think it was as big as your looking for tho. I'll keep my eye's open and taste bud's ready .

If you can't find one down your way and want to build one I can hook you up with a 250 gallon or 275 gallon oil tank. I've seen many good smokers/bar-b-que pits built from these tanks and mounted on small trailers. :cheers:

Just getting into it---but I'm expanding with an established family that has been in the business for about 5 years. We are going to serve BBQ "ON THE LAKE" this year.:cheers:

Here is one for ya.

This is the Johnsonville Brats smoker. Looks like a tanker truck, but the whole tank is a smoker. Saw it leaving Cabela's a few weeks ago when I was at Great Wolf Lodge. Sorry the pic isn't great, I took it from the balcony with my phone.

pman, there was a fellow that had one for sale that had a revolving set of racks in it. we where able to put 70 slabs into it on rib racks. it is not a gas unit it is a wood/charcoale unit. but i don't know what kind of price you where looking for. i thought it was around 3,500.00
