As I was walking to the stand yesterday afternoon I noticed a scrape that wasn't there last week. After I arrowed my doe and got her taken care of I took a camera out there and put it next to the scrape. This camera is about 35 yards from my stand. And look who showed up! I did not know they still make scrapes this late in the game, any guesses on score?

I know he's score a spot on the shed wall!
Look at the neck on that bruiser. Roasts galore:claphands:

Just wish he would come out at 4pm not 130am! I put the camera up Thursday night. I have gotten pics of him Thursday and Friday around the same time as well.

Dang, he's a beast. Bucks like that only seem to show up at night on my trail cameras. I guess that's why they live long enough to get this big.

I was under the understanding that scrapes are a comunication device, like how we talk. Lets them know whos where and time of day, that sort of thing. So why wouldn't they do them late.

Real nice buck, my guess is 140ish. I'll keep getting pictures on scrapes into January, after that the pics really drop off.
