Here ya go SHEDHEAD, this is a little recap from last year. It by far wasn't my best year for sheds, I would call it an average year for me. I did manage to find two sheds over 70 inches and 2 others that scored over 60. One of the 70's is my biggest typical to date and I was less than an inch from beating my biggest non-typical shed, so I guess you can say it was a season of quality, not quantity.

I did find the most skulls I have found in a single season, and the "wide 10" is my biggest skull find to date which was just over 152 inches (gross score), but the cool thing is, I have his match set of sheds from two years before.

Here's the wide 10 point. He was found dead (obviously) and his death resulted from a deer car collision. He was about 150 yards from a busy road and his rear end was all busted up...I was shocked that he made it that far with the injuries he had.

I should add that I found my largest 2 point, 3 piont and 5 pint sheds all last season too. It was a season of small numbers but big sheds.

HOPEFULLY, this will be the season that I find my 100th shed (I only have 9 more to go).

[rquote=1499558&tid=104609&author=SHEDZILLA]I think this will be a great year for sheds, because alot of buck made it through the season with all the standing corn and rainy weather during gun season. [/rquote]

I'm crossing my fingers that will be the case!!!

:praying:
