Several years ago I ran into a batch of the original Fasteels that were losing the primers after firing. Didn’t seem to be loaded hot but more like the primer holes were a little loose. Happened on 3 different boxes out of a case. Kent sent me 3 replacement boxes after I called and complained to them. Used them up and then switched over to Hevi-Metal and haven’t gone back to anything else.
