Might be buying a leftover tag for KS....what do I need to know and is the archery tag enough? Do you have to have a hunting license as well?

Yeah, you need a hunting license as well.

yep, $322 for a tag and $72 for a hunting license. It's steep.

Kansas is still going. Had a decent 9 come in this morning checking scrapes and also the mock scrape I made yesterday.

Unfortunately I completely messed up the shot and hope he makes it for gun season. :whinging::whinging:

My sister-in-law just bought 40 acres just north of ft. scott, but has two bruisers on cam....

I'm way north in unit 9. The fort scott area looks really good,,but Its a farther drive, and I don't think they had left over tags down there. I have a farm or two in mind from my vacation trip out there.:2thumbsup:

Thats where I did my hunting. There is good potential around there to some door knocking. I met quite a few people who said I could hunt their farms
