Now I am having dificulty figering out hwo to get the barel off the stock. I have always had ones that have wedges holding the barel to teh stock. This one not got weges.

Since it was custome made gun no instructions were included with it. Also it not have what I would call as the shootgun ramrood end to it. So any one know what type of ramrod asesory i shoould get for loading it in shootgun load style? my extra 54 jag works in it so i can laod patched roundballs rt now.

If it's like my full stock 50 cal, pull out the ramrod, and look down in the "thimbles", Mine had little flat head screws, one in each thimble, total of 2...then, up by the lock, there is another flathead screw going down thru the back end of the barrel tang, and then another running crosswise, running from the opposite side of the lock, thru the stock, bottom of the barrel, and into the lock. It won't take you very many times of taking it apart, to wish it had wedges!!!....As far as accessories, call your guy that built it, or Dixie Gun Works, I would think either would have what you want.
