I'd place my shot well if using that bullet. Looks like it would tear a pretty good sized hole but I'm a bit worried on its penetration abilities. I'd check on its intended use before I'd use it on a deer.
My first check on google found this 2 1/2 year old video review......Hopefully the company that makes this round did some improving after viewing this video. $10 a shell is a bit more that I'd want to pay.
