That's all well & good if you're only a trophy hunter. But, I'd be willing to bet, that the vast majority of MO resident hunters, are not trophy hunters. I for one, really like the way the rules are setup in this state. We've sure got a lot of good hunting opportunities here in MO.
You do realize, MDC done some serious polling a couple years ago before implimenting the new AR's? Many of the rules you'd like to see changed, were part of they're plan. The silent majority of the hunters were heard from in the polling & the town hall type meetings & they backed off of those rule changes.

We had town style meetings and never should have though. The MDC should do what is necessary based on their observations as they are the professionals and their experience and education should be used to create the rules and regs. Not the emotional, uniformed public![/rquote]
these are the people who slaughtered the 1.5 year ols and now we took a baby step with the 4 pt AR, they need to do more and I don't really care if the majority don't want to be trophy hunters, they can shoot does and help eliminate the need for a 12 day antlerless season and help eliminate 40+ days of gun pressure and heck in a given year maybe help the economy more when they shot a trophy!!!!!
