Madjack, maybe one of the admins here will resize those for ya.

Go get yerself Irfanview. Easy little program for image work, resizin' an such. http://irfanview.com/

It may not be an exact science but you can resize pics in the Paint program on Windows as well. Open the pic in Paint, click on Image at the top, click on Stretch/Skew and enter a number like, say, 25% in the horizontal and verticle fields. Keep playing with it until it's small enough to post.
