It looks to me as though you have two options........

1. Shred copious amounts of $100 dollar bills and apply as a fertilizer slurry at regular intervals as a stimulus in the hopes said plant will get off it's dead azz and start to work on producing some photosynthesis.

2. Come to the ultimate realization that you're blatantly racist and accept the fact that not all plants are green.

Remember "brown plants matter" too!

go kill all the successful plants around and see if it helps that plant.

It's better it dies off. Only problem is the obnoxious weed that will replace it. Poor gas over the spot and burn till crisp and restart your planting.
