Where is that ground in Carroll County? Is it directly behind the Rural water shed in 65 hwy.

That ground in Grundy County, is it actually 1 farm that can just be purchases in 2 tracts. If it is I have been on that farm & it looks awesome for deer hunting. The farm I am thinking of is at the end of a gravel/dirt road. Mixture of timber, CRP & tillable bottomland.

River I am not sure if that is it or not, right off of 65 or not. I saw today that they have a big for sale sign up there. I had heard that is a good place to hunt but they wanted a lot for it.

I am not sure what highway is closest to the farm I am thinking of but I do know that its up for sale again and they do want a pretty penny for it. If I remember right Brennen's has it listed ( I think)

Well if you wanted to buy all of them, it would only cost you $1,777,500 for 1,020 acres. Lets do the math $1,742.65 an acre. Dang!!!!! Guess you better have a BIG check Book! LoL!!!

Your right that is Ben's ground. I have hunted it, it would be hard to a find better piece of ground anywhere. It has unbelievable Turkey Hunting, and the neighbor to the south has about 100 acres of thick timber and he doesn't let any hunt. We routinely passed on 130" bucks.

If I could afford it, I would give at least that much. If someone buys it because of this info, can I get a free bow hunt.
