LAST MONDAY A MONSTER 10 CAME INTO MY DECOY AT A 100 MPH THE WIND CHANGED DIRECTION 10 MINUTES BEFORE HE SHOWED UP. MY WIND WAS BLOWING ALMOST TO MY DECOY BUT STAYED ANYWAY. WHEN HE CAME IN THE FIRST THING HE DID AFTER SPOTTING THE DECOY WAS TO GET DOWN WIND OF IT, ALMOST DOWN WIND OF ME. ITS BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE I HAD A SHOOTER WITHIN RANGE PANICKED AND PUNCHED THE RELEASE. GOOD BLOOD TRAIL SO I LEFT THE AREA FOR 3 1/2 HOURS WENT BACK AND HAD DECENT BLOOD FOR A 100 YARDS THEN TURNED TO GUT SLIME FOR 50 YARDS AND THEN NOTHING. I HAD BUDDIES COME WITH 2 DIFFERENT DOGS LOOKED IN EVERY PATCH OF BRUSH WITHIN A MILE. AND NOTHING,LOOSING MY FREAKIN MIND.

No use crying over spilt blood, so you might as well calm down and try to get it out of your mind. It's not productive.

Settle down and make peace with it, don't forget it, though. It's good for making you strive to do better next time.
