I just fried up the 9 Fish I caught on Saturday... One 10 1/2" Crappie, another 11"... rest descent Bluegill and Bass.

i have tried a new recipie for gills if anybody is interested....

you take the small gills that everybody can catch a dime a dozen....

fillet

boil them up in a crab boil for about a minute

then ice them down fast and serve with coctail sauce.... it actually tastes like shrimp...

its different, and it works when you is po and outta srimp!
