Hey RAT - Jerky Time

    Got 20 plus pounds of deer thawin out. Gonna get run through the slicer this evening and in the marinade. Gonna run a batch in the smoker and several in the dehydrators. Jerky season is officially open.:cheers::cheers:

    Everybit and then some GC! It is the BOMBDIGGITY! I haven't had better and I am a jerky aficionado!:D

    I'll make sure ya get some Greg. It has the Ratster seal of approval. :D Got botyh dehydrators going and am fixing to put a batch on the smoker. Prolly be sometime Saturday before I am finished.

    Hey Dadakota, do you have your recipe posted anywhere on here? I tried to smoke some jerky last year and never had any luck with it. Don't know what I was doing wrong but any help is greatly appreciated!
