:D I did go by Rogers to look at trotline information for Bricky, but I was there like 10 minutes after I talked to you on the phone.

They also convinced my big butt to get down on the floor and try out a layout blind too. :D I still just don't know about spending 4-500 bones on layout blinds for me and Shoal. That coin saved up could be converted into a pretty nice gun. There's GOT to be a cheaper way to cover up.

Momma took me to Independence Mall. :rof2:  NEVER AGAIN! Gee whiz......it wouldn't HAPPEN to be by design that its SUPER easy to get in, but takes over an HOUR to get OUT is it?!

We ended up eating at the place inside Bass Pro, and it was pretty durn good food. The service was excellent, that's for sure.

My gift card got used to purchase a Pflueger President for my Ugly Stick. Its strung and ready to fish now. I hope its ready to bring in a 10 pound bass this spring, cause that's what I bought it for! :2thumbsup:

:peepwall: You would be disappointed after the drive. They have VERY little. More than BPS and Cabelas, but NOT worth driving anywhere for.

You'd be better off ordering things from a catalog or the internet, including your wax worms.

If you were wanting to see things in person, you'd be better off finding a shop in IA to drive to.

The shops around here are JUST NOT GETTING that ice fishing is catching on. People would buy the stuff if places would carry it. :roll2:

I'm just 30 minutes north of you, and before yesterday's thaw, we had 6 inches on farm ponds!!! My buddy fished Christmas eve, while I was bowhunting!!!
