Guys, I would really like to speed up my response time in dealing with technical issues but I need your help. If you're having issues from your cpu I will need to know your operating system, what browser you're using, and what version of the browser you're using. If you're using the app I will always need to know if you're using Droid or iOS, if everything is up to date, and if you're having issues always uninstall then reinstall and state that you have done so when reporting an issue. The more information you can provide in your initial post the faster I can get to the bottom of it and resolve your issue. If you're getting an error I will always need to know what that error says.
