I can't see the #5,#6,#7 blend being anything to get excited about and I'll just about bet the mix heavily favors the #7's anyway. The Nitro's strongly favor the smaller pellets, you get prettier patterns that way, and prettier patterns sell more shells. The straight H13 #7's maybe I could like. But I get over 200 pellets in 10" at 40 yards with the H13 3-2-6 load and can't really see the benefit of a few more smaller pellets in the pattern. Now, for a 20 gauge, it does seem to have promise.
