I got to my moms this morning to check on those harrow sections (finally). Even though there are 6 or 7 sections,,I don't think there will be more than a couple that are worth useing. I will keep you posted on when I get them hauled home.

It will be dark before I will be able to get back from Columbia. I may try and get back and load them to take to the classic with me. I also promise to try and find more sections for all them who were interested.

Hey Rick I got to see that one on the tour (man it was bumpy). He wanted to throw it in the truck and I told him to leave it there as it makes such a good photo prop.

I have one section that is all bent and twisted up but it still works behind my 4 wheeler. I have a spring harrow that I use to break up the soil and I hook on the one like in Henrys avatar but drag it backwards to cover the seeds. It works pretty well for seeding my food plots.

I wish all the sections I found were in decent shape. My dad used them for dragging his 3/8 mile training track that he trained and worked standardbred race horses on. The miles and miles of dragging the track took its toll on the sections. That probably explains the numbers,,,he wore them out and had to keep replacing them. But as promised I will try and turn up more of them.

Maybe we need everyone to start hitting machinery sales looking for bargains on harrow sections.
