Limits of 3 to 5 lb crappie in an hour or two are typical I've heard. I think 18 inch minimum size limit. 100 fish limit I think.

I was of course being smartazz but heard those are best in country for lots of unreal crappie.
There used to be a few people on here who made trips down that way each year. Sounds like Mr. Crazed is boots on the ground down that way.

Seth.........the draw is 16 to 19 inch crappie rather than 11 to 13 inch loz dinks..... 3+ pounders rather than 1 pounders

But a long way to go just for eating fish. Heck can catch a bunch of bluegill in the pond just as tasty as a 4 pound crappie.

Lots and lots of pro/con battles about livescope on crappie forums. Many think leading to massive increased catches and few release nice crappie.
