These can be cut at the base so as to not have any bone or meat attached if you like so there is no smell. Thanks
That's my plan but I'm needing more feathers than just one bird can provide. I have some left from the generosity of MWT members from last year but I make arrows to match each self bow I make. I have one special bow I plan on making for good friend as a gift and with that bow goes a dozen arrows all hand made. One turkey will provide enough primary wing feathers to make 6 arrows.Get down to the Madison County farm and shoot you one!!!!
