These can be cut at the base so as to not have any bone or meat attached if you like so there is no smell. Thanks

I posted last year that I was in need of your turkey wing feathers for making fletchings for my arrows I build for my own personal use. I'm asking once again for your discarded wings of your birds you take this spring.

Day late and dollar short Bill, I already 'recycled' mine.
How can we get them to you? I already recycled mine from today....but I am taking Will for a very short before school hunt in the morning.
Maybe a pony if one can be made without putting anyone out to much. I will be at the MDS Sporting Clays shoot next month if that works for anyone.

That's my plan but I'm needing more feathers than just one bird can provide. I have some left from the generosity of MWT members from last year but I make arrows to match each self bow I make. I have one special bow I plan on making for good friend as a gift and with that bow goes a dozen arrows all hand made. We're not hunting much this year Bill, but if one accidentally stumbles in front of us, I'lll cut the wings off & throw em in the freezer till the sporting clay shoot.

Gotcha 4 wings Bill. Left the house at 9 & Jenny & I had both birds on the ground by 10 30. Jenny's bird done his death flop in the water so her birds a little wet.
