Got a STUD on camera.

I had one in the same category when I checked last night, I thought really? You need to go hide before the big boys start feeling their oats with this cool weather.

I decided to set up till dark just to see what happens. And the spot I picked on my map while I was hiking in had a single small buck bedded right near it. Wind in my face. Quiet as a 210 lb mouse and I still bumped him. Not too bad though, as he didn't even blow or anything. Just trotted off 30-40 yards and stared at me and then slowly walked off.

Best part is, you don't even have to burn your buck tag on him.

That 1st one looks like the 2nd biggest one I've got on camera this year. I'm hoping they just shifted their travel lanes a little & not left the farm due to logging. Logger thinks he'll be done this week .

If your able to move your camera back a bit from your targeted area... Could help alleviate the IR burn...

I finally did today when I checked it. I hadn't been out there since the last batch of horrible photos I posted. Lol.

I wouldn't say the pics are horrible.... you were able to retrieve information you didn't have prior so I'd call it a win!
